Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and address the credit requirements of businesses, consumers, and professionals.
- Establish and nurture robust client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive credit analysis, devise loan structures, and propose recommendations for approval.
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure compliance, maintain credit quality, and manage past-due accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying banking products and services that align with clients’ needs.
- Collaborate closely with Community Bank Presidents to provide direction to both commercial and consumer banking officers.
- Engage in networking and community involvement initiatives to bolster visibility and develop connections.
- Uphold adherence to all banking regulations and policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- Assist retail and treasury management functions as needed.
- Extensive experience in client development and business sourcing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in working independently as well as collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration is mandatory.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive banking experience.
- Banking Officer IV: Minimum of 6 years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, or portfolio management, or equivalent banking and financial education.
- Banking Officer V: Minimum of 8 years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, or portfolio management, or equivalent banking and financial education.

- Competitive Salary (Based on experience and role level):
- Banking Officer IV: \(96,000 - \)120,000
- Banking Officer V: \(108,000 - \)138,000
