- Conduct comprehensive technical evaluations of tax returns and engage with partners, clients, and senior accountants to identify, elucidate, and resolve tax-related challenges.
- Foster and maintain robust client relationships by delivering informed and clear solutions to their tax concerns.
- Play an integral role in providing strategic advice to high-net-worth individuals and managing intricate tax issues, including gift, estate, and trust taxation.

- Strong technical proficiency in tax matters and a proven ability to address complex tax issues effectively.

- Familiarity with tax software such as CCH ProSystem or Lacerte is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Tax or Accounting is preferred.
- An active CPA or EA license is essential.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing intricate tax matters for high-net-worth individuals, gift/estate, and trust taxation (706, 709, 1041).
