Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the opening of new depository accounts as guided by the Cash Management or Commercial Officers.
- Prepare and uphold necessary product agreements and setup documentation for cash management services.
- Offer consistent support and ensure clear communication with current and prospective members.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to satisfy team objectives and member needs.
- Promote additional services including digital banking, remote deposit capture, and merchant services.
- Assist in the formulation of proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Deliver outstanding service through active listening and proficient problem-solving.
- Contribute to marketing strategies aimed at heightening product awareness and engagement.
- Keep abreast of policies, procedures, and regulations through continuous training.
- Support various tasks to enhance the efficiency of cash management and related departments.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a capacity to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial platforms.

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial institution (credit union or bank).
- Previous experience working with businesses, nonprofits, or public funds is highly desirable.
- Proven proficiency in drafting clear reports, memos, and professional correspondence.
- Strong knowledge of cash management products and services.
- Familiarity with NACHA rules, FFIEC guidelines, and credit union regulations.
