Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Client Meetings - Prepare necessary documentation, compile reports, schedule appointments, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Provide Outstanding Client Service - Respond to client inquiries, process requests, and effectively resolve issues, all while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Broker-Dealer - Support new account setups, oversee account maintenance, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Manage Account Transactions - Accurately process and service all account-related documentation, utilizing paperless methods such as eSignatures when available.
- Generate Performance Reports - Aid in the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated performance reports.
- Maintain CRM Database - Keep client information current and ensure compliance with service models.
- Prioritize Multiple Tasks - Efficiently navigate various responsibilities while aligning with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage time effectively and balance multiple responsibilities autonomously.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
