Key Responsibilities
- Assist current and former students in comprehending their student loan choices.
- Engage with students via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chats to provide essential guidance and resources regarding loan repayment.
- Proficient communication abilities in both English and Spanish, with strong listening and speaking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities in managing student loan information.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a genuine desire to assist others.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an associate's degree or relevant experience.
- Residency within commuting distance of our office is required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $37,440 annually.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance.
