- Conduct technical research and document findings to support conclusions.
- Manage the preparation and review process for complex returns, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Resolve intricate tax issues and provide clear guidance.
- Collaborate with the accounting department and key decision-makers on client matters.
- Prepare review notes and offer training to team members.
- Demonstrate and apply strong technical knowledge.
- Oversee budgets and billing processes.
- Coach team members to enhance their skills and foster professional development.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
