Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash flow management, liquidity, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
- Administer fund transfers, investments, and debt transactions with precision.
- Cultivate and enhance banking relationships through comprehensive reporting and scorecards.
- Collaborate with the CFO and Corporate Controller to monitor and report on working capital.
- Drive the implementation and enhancement of cash management systems and processes.
- Guarantee compliance with SOX controls, anti-money laundering regulations, and financial policies.
- Support bank reconciliations, journal entries, and cash receipts as needed.
- Provide strategic banking and treasury insights to various business units and corporate teams.
- Profound understanding of cash management, financial regulations, and treasury operations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, SOX compliance, and cash/bank management systems.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Knowledge of receivables, international cash management, and robust internal controls.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on treasury operations.
- Experience within the transportation or trucking industry is mandatory.
