Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash flow management, liquidity, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
• Administer fund transfers, investments, and debt transactions with precision.
• Cultivate and enhance banking relationships through comprehensive reporting and scorecards.
• Collaborate with the CFO and Corporate Controller to monitor and report on working capital.
• Drive the implementation and enhancement of cash management systems and processes.
• Guarantee compliance with SOX controls, anti-money laundering regulations, and financial policies.
• Support bank reconciliations, journal entries, and cash receipts as needed.
• Provide strategic banking and treasury insights to various business units and corporate teams.
  
  

Required Skills

• Profound understanding of cash management, financial regulations, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, SOX compliance, and cash/bank management systems.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of receivables, international cash management, and robust internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on treasury operations.
