Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical therapy through telehealth to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, including diagnostic evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
- Engage with a diverse array of diagnoses and presenting issues.
- Exhibit flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening hours when necessary to accommodate family needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, with progress notes completed within 24 hours.
- Achieve yearly productivity benchmarks.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Experience or willingness to work with diverse special populations, including traumatized children, transition-aged youth, and individuals facing severe emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Ability to connect with clients and families from varied backgrounds, particularly those who may have reservations about mental health services.
- Collaborative approach, capable of effectively engaging with professionals both within and outside the mental health domain.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn evidence-based practices, such as Trauma-focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT.
- Culturally sensitive, demonstrating a commitment to serving diverse communities.
- Proficient in utilizing electronic records systems and digital communication tools.
- Must hold a valid license in Ohio to provide assessment and therapy, accredited by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board or the Ohio Board of Psychology.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
