Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide tailored psychotherapy.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans while offering consulting services in both in-person and telehealth settings through secure technology.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation utilizing our EMR system (Athena I).
- Uphold compliance with agency policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Spanish proficiency is a valuable asset.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Valid Nevada licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, MFT-I, LCPC, or CPC-I.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is advantageous.
- Some facilities may necessitate up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
- Tuberculosis (TB) test.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required.
