Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, provide diagnoses, deliver psychotherapy, develop treatment plans, and offer consultations, both in-person at our outpatient center and through secure telehealth platforms.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system (Athena I).
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Strong written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Adaptability to various work environments while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Valid Nevada licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, MFT-I, or CPC-I.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Professional Liability Insurance is required.
- Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus.
- Some facilities may necessitate current vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
- Current TB Test.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
