Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, deliver psychotherapy, and develop treatment plans in both in-person and telehealth settings.
- Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation within our EMR platform (Athena I).
- Uphold compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care for our clients.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
- Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, effectively engaging with diverse populations.
- Capacity to remain organized and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Active licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, MFT-I, or CPC-I is required.
- Professional Liability Insurance is necessary.
