Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Establish and nurture trusting relationships with patients, facilitating effective therapeutic engagement.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to formulate integrated treatment strategies.
- Maintain consistent clinical hours while actively participating in ongoing patient assessments and tracking progress.
- Involve family members and outside specialists as appropriate to enhance the patient’s support network.
- Be available during after-school hours to accommodate the schedules of our younger clients.

- Active licensure in Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.
