Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultations, both in-person at Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely through our Telehealth platform.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system (Athena I).
- Comply with all agency policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of care.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid Washington state licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or SUDP.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is advantageous.
- Some facilities may necessitate up-to-date vaccinations or exemptions.
- TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid Certification may be required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong written communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills, with the capacity to effectively manage stressful situations.
- Fluency in Spanish is an added advantage.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive compensation based on experience and billable hours.
- Salary Range: \(42,000 - \)95,000, contingent upon licensure and billable hourly model.
