As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding individuals, couples, and families through various life challenges. This position is exclusively available for residents of Washington State.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week.
- Conduct assessments through interviews, observations, and evaluations.
- Keep detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Provide education to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
- Stay updated on mental health trends and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Actively engage in paid weekly consults and monthly staff meetings.
- Active Washington State clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11.
- Comfort and experience working with a diverse clientele.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health environment is preferred but not mandatory.

- Salary: \(43.00 - \)52.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- W-2 Employment.
- Pay Increase: A 5% increase in pay rate for maintaining 30 client hours per week.
