Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based coaching methodologies to inspire, direct, and assist clients in reaching their mental health aspirations.
- Collaborate intimately with a diverse clinical team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers.
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions from a secure and professional environment anywhere within the U.S.
- Aid in comprehensive behavioral evaluations and deliver coaching interventions rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other effective therapeutic methodologies.
- Ensure timely completion of clinical notes and maintain appointment availability.
- Expertise in evidence-based coaching techniques and interventions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion for children and adolescents facing behavioral health issues.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness to connect with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet clients’ unique needs and evolving circumstances.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical standards in care delivery.
- ICF Coaching Certification or NBC-HWC (unlicensed) is required.
- A strong preference or background in mental health is advantageous.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital tools.
- Highly organized, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
