Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy, in both individual and group formats.
- Collaborate with patients in formulating and executing personalized treatment plans that promote engagement and monitor progress.
- Conduct psychosocial evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop thorough treatment strategies while maintaining compliance with regulatory documentation standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and support, working alongside families and multidisciplinary teams to safeguard patients’ welfare.
- Engage in continuous professional development and supervision to enhance expertise and competencies.
- Offer case management services as needed to facilitate recovery and community reintegration.
- Uphold the accuracy and confidentiality of patient records, meticulously documenting all interactions and services rendered.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in your state of primary residence and in Arizona (or willingness to obtain an Arizona license).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Capability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote environment.
- A compassionate, patient-centric approach to care.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for virtual interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Proficient in technology usage, including telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.
- Active mental health license in Arizona or willingness to obtain.

- Competitive salary: \(85,000-\)95,000 (with primary residence in Arizona).
