Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Support mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor and document vital signs, fluid intake/output, and blood glucose levels, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
