Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic support and treatment to clients experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy.
- Assess client progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed therapists and case managers.
- Maintain precise documentation and records of client interactions.
- Proficient clinical skills in managing anxiety and depression.
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Competency in utilizing remote therapy software and electronic medical records.
- Experience with military populations is advantageous.
- Active LCSW, MFT, or LMHC license in North Carolina with a minimum of one year of post-licensure experience.
