Key Responsibilities
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, comprehensive evaluations, and formulating treatment plans to guarantee clients receive tailored care.
- Delivering individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients facing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, and various life stressors, including stress management and domestic violence.
- Collaborating closely with clients’ treatment teams, families, and community partners to coordinate care for optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining precise and timely documentation of services rendered, client interactions, and progress in adherence to compliance standards.
- Participating in educational meetings and training sessions pertinent to substance abuse, mental health treatment, and the broader behavioral healthcare landscape.
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Behavioral Healthcare Services.
- Master's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse or a related area; counseling experience is preferred.
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
