Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to nursing homes by assisting MDS Coordinators with resident assessments in line with state and facility regulations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of clinical records to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation practices.
- Mentor and train MDS Coordinators on assessment protocols and documentation standards.
- Engage hands-on with facility-specific needs to facilitate optimal care.

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

- Willingness to travel between various locations as needed.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in MDS coordination is necessary.
