Job Overview

We are in search of a driven and skilled Healthcare Sales Executive to cultivate robust partnerships with independent primary care physicians and specialists across a designated market or region. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities, overseeing the sales process, and contributing significantly to the advancement of our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Identify and analyze markets, creating a customized target list of independent physicians and specialists.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare providers to present our services, address their requirements, and establish trust.
  • Relationship Management: Follow up with interested physicians, nurture relationships, and effectively close sales.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Utilize Salesforce to monitor activities, leads, and progress while engaging in weekly sales meetings to provide updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the national sales team to exchange innovative ideas and best practices.
  • Ongoing Client Support: Maintain and enhance relationships with practices you have engaged, ensuring their sustained success.
  • Local Partnership Development: Forge and sustain relationships with local partners and distributors.
  • Market Development Support: Assist in the launch and growth of new markets when necessary.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Embrace other duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred; an advanced degree is considered an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in complex sales or healthcare consulting, particularly in a competitive market.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success as an individual contributor, consistently exceeding sales targets and generating significant revenue exceeding $1 million.
  • Transportation: Reliable means of transportation is essential.
  • Compliance: Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and guidelines.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base Salary: \(100,000 - \)110,000, commensurate with experience, education, and location.
  • Incentives: Eligible for commission-based bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
