Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality therapy to clients, ensuring their well-being and progress.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Must possess full licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience in providing therapy to adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
- Strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work compassionately with diverse clients.
- A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field is required for this position.
- Relevant experience in individual and/or couples therapy is highly regarded.
