Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional therapeutic services to clients, focusing on individual and couples therapy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Full licensure in Washington State as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations, demonstrating comfort in providing various therapeutic modalities.
