- Conduct one-hour video counseling sessions, delivering individualized support to clients.
- Implement motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate meaningful behavior change.
- Assist clients in discovering their motivations and developing sustainable strategies for lasting improvements.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practices during every interaction.
- Document session details, including notes and client follow-ups, in real-time.

- Active licensure with the Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive annual salary range of \(60,000 - \)80,000 based on 30-35 client sessions per week.
- Hourly compensation between \(20.00 and \)45.00.
- Flexible work schedules designed to fit your needs:
- Monday - Friday (includes two evening shifts)
- Tuesday - Saturday (includes one evening shift)
- Monday - Saturday (includes one evening and a half-day Saturday or flexible half-day during the week)
