- Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy (both virtually and in-person).
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop client-centered treatment plans.
- Ensure timely and thorough electronic documentation, completing records within 72 hours following sessions.
- Manage your caseload effectively while maintaining a consistent schedule that accommodates both your needs and those of your clients.
- Sign-on Bonus: A $3,500 bonus for full-time therapists (paid out over nine months).
- Competitive Salary:
- Full-time: \(70,000-\)110,000 annually (based on caseload with a minimum of 25 clients per week).
- Part-time: $50 per hour (minimum of 12 hours weekly, with a caseload of 10-24 clients per week).

We seek licensed mental health professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care through trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience in:
- Mental health counseling, including triage, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
- Diagnostic processes using ICD-10 codes.
- Treatment planning and ongoing client support.
- Proficient use of technology including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite.
- Must possess a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist.
- For hybrid roles, California residency is essential.
