Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, collecting relevant personal, social, and medical histories.
- Formulate tailored treatment and recovery strategies for clients and their families.
- Offer crisis intervention and case management, ensuring clients receive appropriate mental health services and support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor client progress and make necessary treatment adjustments.
- Design and implement both group and individual therapy plans targeting emotional, mental, and familial challenges.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as required to maintain effectiveness.
- Maintain meticulous clinical records documenting patient progress and informing diagnostic evaluations.
- Proficiency in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
- Expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
- Strong skills in crisis intervention and case management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of adult psychology.
- A Master's degree from an accredited institution in marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, clinical psychology, or counseling psychology, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
- Active licensure in Georgia as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
