Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telehealth therapy to teens and young adults.
- Maintain a flexible schedule with options for both 1099 (contract) and W2 (full-time) positions.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Engage in collaborative case discussions and professional development initiatives.
- Utilize a small group therapy model, ensuring a maximum of 8 clients per group for meaningful engagement.
- Passionate about providing mental health support to adolescents and young adults.
- Proficient in both group and individual therapy methodologies.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI is preferred.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with an openness to collaboration.
- Technologically adept and comfortable using telehealth platforms and communication tools.
- Availability for evening hours to accommodate client schedules.
- Must hold an independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
- A Master's degree in mental health or a related discipline is required.
- Experience working with youth and young adults is preferred.
- Availability ranges between 12 and 40 hours per week, contingent upon 1099 or W2 status.

- Performance-based bonus potential, leading to total earnings between \(53,000 - \)75,000 per year.
