Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and ongoing documentation, including case notes and treatment reviews.
- Manage a caseload of at least 25 clients per week while establishing appropriate boundaries.
- Utilize creativity in designing interventions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with case managers, families, and medical professionals to coordinate services effectively.
- Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and contribute to a nurturing team environment.
- Proficient in completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent time management skills for timely documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience working with a diverse clientele.
- A master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active and fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in mental health assessments and clinical documentation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
