Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions through telemedicine.
- Create tailored treatment plans for healthcare workers.
- Maintain precise and confidential patient records.
- Focus exclusively on patient care, as all administrative tasks—such as credentialing, referrals, scheduling, billing, and accounting—are managed for you.
- A current license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in Pennsylvania.
- At least two years of clinical experience in individual therapy.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with an appreciation for diverse communication styles.
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and online video communication.
- Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT is desirable.
- Proficiency in utilizing clinical diagnostic tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Current licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in individual therapy.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders is advantageous.
- A dedication to collaborative learning within a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
