Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions via telemedicine for healthcare professionals
- Create and execute personalized therapeutic treatment plans
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of patient interactions
- Focus on patient care while administrative tasks such as credentialing, referrals, scheduling, and billing are managed by our support team
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a sensitivity to diverse needs and styles
- Familiarity with telemedicine tools and online video communication platforms
- Experience with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT
- Knowledge of clinical diagnostic instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) for monitoring progress and treatment outcomes
- Licensed therapist in California (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in individual therapy
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to engage with a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals
