Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and devise tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week while managing a schedule of 30 hours weekly.
- Provide exemplary customer service to clients and collaborate with a vibrant team to foster community impact.
- Utilize innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in reaching their goals.
- Prepare and submit thorough documentation for each session as per company protocols.
- Coordinate care with case managers, families, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Actively engage in all clinical meetings and professional training sessions.
- Master's degree in behavioral science or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Active Texas licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPC-S, RPT, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, crafting treatment plans, and producing clinical case notes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
- Timeliness in completing and submitting necessary documentation.
- Comfort with diverse client populations.
- Proficient in using office technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Fully licensed clinicians preferred who are credentialed with insurance panels.
- Experience in mental health service delivery across various age groups.
