Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual psychotherapy via telemedicine to medical first responders.
- Create and implement personalized therapeutic treatment plans tailored for healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
- Engage in occasional meetings to foster professional growth and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with an awareness of diverse communication preferences.
- Willingness to embrace innovative approaches and telehealth technologies.
- Previous experience delivering therapy through telemedicine platforms.
- Training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT.
- Familiarity with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for monitoring client progress.
- Valid LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD license in Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individual clients.
- Prior experience supporting healthcare professionals or first responders.
- A strong commitment to learning and collaborating within a diverse team.
