Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Conduct in-depth client assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes.
• Collaborate effectively with therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Engage in regular supervision meetings and team consultations.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and intervention capabilities.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and various mental health challenges.
• Ability to operate independently while working collaboratively with a remote team.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LMFT, or related licensure).
• A minimum of one year of clinical therapy experience is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
