We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our esteemed team in a remote capacity. As a vital contributor to our organization, you will provide impactful therapeutic services, ensuring the mental health and well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients through interviews with individuals and their families, as well as other relevant parties involved in their care.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to the distinct emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, or behavioral needs of each patient.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to facilitate consultations regarding medication management.
- Deliver crisis intervention and prioritize the safety and welfare of patients during critical scenarios.
- Maintain precise and current clinical documentation, encompassing patient treatments and medications administered.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in educational activities, including conferences and peer networking.
- Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in every facet of your practice, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
- Provide both virtual and in-person consultations as dictated by patient needs.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field, such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.
- Completion of all training necessary for registration, including certifications like BLS, ACLS, and Infection Control Training.
- A comprehensive understanding of HIPAA compliance, with a minimum of one year of experience as a Licensed Therapist.
- State licensure to offer counseling services (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) is preferred.
- Additional certifications (e.g., ABA, DBT, CBT, EMDR) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is beneficial.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with a commitment to providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.
