Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services to clients, including adults, teens, and couples, tailored to your interests and expertise.
- Maintain accurate electronic records, treatment plans, and progress notes, while formulating DSM-5 diagnoses.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your therapeutic practice.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and family members to offer comprehensive support to clients.
- Active licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Illinois.
- Proven experience in delivering one-on-one therapy utilizing clinical interventions.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing client appointments and administrative tasks.
- Technological proficiency, including familiarity with G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP voicemail.
- A minimum of one year of counseling experience is required, with private practice experience considered an asset.
- Ability to commit to 12-14 hours per week dedicated to client sessions.
- Strong interest in working with adult populations, with additional experience with teens or couples valued.
