Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as Medical Director, you will be tasked with overseeing the delivery of medical services and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Your role will encompass:
- Supervising the efficiency, quality, and management of medical practices within our clinics
- Crafting and executing medical protocols that align with current policies and best practices
- Leading and supporting medical staff, administrative personnel, and allied teams
- Acting as a key communicator between medical teams and organizational leadership
- Ensuring compliance with established medical policies and procedures
- Providing backup call coverage when necessary
- Mentoring and fostering the development of clinical personnel
- Conducting physical examinations, evaluating medical histories, and making informed medical decisions
- Prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and managing the comprehensive care of patients
- Maintaining meticulous medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policies

- DEA Certification: Current DEA credentials to prescribe controlled substances, in addition to any state-specific regulations
- Additional Requirements: Candidates must have no history of alcohol or drug misuse for the past three years
- Hourly Rate: \(150.00-\)175.00 per hour
