Key Responsibilities
- Provide education to clients, families, and caregivers regarding mental health disorders and effective therapeutic strategies.
- Develop, implement, and assess treatment plans, ensuring ongoing progress and necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with fellow treatment providers and placement agencies to deliver holistic support.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals regarding client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions.
- A valid, state-issued professional counseling license.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, their causes, and treatment methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with digital tools, video conferencing platforms like Zoom, and healthcare electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Prior experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
- A valid, state-issued professional counseling license is required.
- A Master's degree in counseling or a related field is preferred, alongside relevant professional experience.
- Competitive hourly compensation starting at $57.
