Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate mental health counseling through virtual sessions, conducting clinical risk assessments as needed.
• Provide support during critical incidents and clinical crises, ensuring timely and effective intervention.
• Engage in ongoing training, team meetings, and assignments to uphold high standards of care.
• Adhere to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical guidelines to maintain professionalism.
• Utilize data-driven insights and measurement-based care to guide clinical decision-making.
• Review key performance indicators, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to achieve optimal results for clients.
  
  

Required Skills

• Licensed mental health professional with an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in applicable states (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year post-licensure.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and comfortable navigating technology.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT, with the ability to apply these methods effectively.
• Confident in developing safety plans and providing interventions for high-risk clients.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary: \(64,000-\)70,000 (performance-based bonuses included).
