Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of at least 5 clients, delivering consistent, high-quality therapy throughout the referral period.
- Maintain therapeutic relationships for a duration of 6 to 12 months, with potential for extensions based on client needs.
- Enjoy the anticipated earnings of approximately \(375 weekly for a 5-client caseload, leading to a monthly income exceeding \)1,500.
- Must possess a valid license as a Psychologist (PsyD), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHC, LCMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
- Ability to operate independently and provide services without supervision.
- Professional liability insurance of no less than \(1 million per occurrence and \)3 million in total coverage.
- National Provider Identification (NPI) number or willingness to apply for one.
- Ownership of a smartphone and access to a personal computer or laptop for secure telehealth services.
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, understanding, and writing.
- Licensed in Washington State as a mental health professional.
- Experience in delivering therapy services, preferably in a telehealth format.

- Competitive pay of \(75 per 60-minute session for licensed counselors and \)90 for initial evaluations.
- Earning potential of up to \(1,965 for a 6-month referral and up to \)3,915 for a 12-month referral, based on fulfilling all prescribed appointments.
