Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 55-minute live video therapy sessions, offering evidence-based therapy to adult clients.
- Manage a personalized caseload that aligns with your lifestyle, allowing you to choose the number of sessions.
- Collaborate with clients to establish and monitor goals, ensuring measurable progress and outcomes.
- Customize in-app assignments such as video modules, journaling, and check-ins to reinforce therapeutic work between sessions.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and engage in quality reviews to uphold high standards of care.
- You are empathetic and compassionate, with a sincere commitment to facilitating client growth and healing.
- Fully licensed as a therapist in Tennessee or Kentucky (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC-MHSP).
- Experienced in working with clients dealing with relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, postpartum depression, anxiety, and depression.
- Familiar with evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IFS.
- Focused on achieving measurable outcomes, collaborating with clients to reach tangible goals and foster long-lasting change.
- Willing to challenge both yourself and your clients, understanding that growth often occurs outside of comfort zones.
- Licensed by a state board to provide unsupervised therapy in Tennessee or Kentucky (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT).
- Recent experience in an outpatient clinical therapy setting.
- Reliable internet connection for clear video sessions.
- A dedicated, quiet space for therapy to ensure client privacy.
- A consistent schedule to maintain regular client appointments.
- Competitive compensation: $50 per session, with bonuses for every year of post-licensure experience.
- Continuing education stipend: After 6 months, receive a \(100 stipend for CEUs or licensing fees, and \)125 every six months thereafter.
