Remote Mental Health Therapist - LCPC LCSW-C | WFH

Job Overview

We are actively searching for dedicated LCPC/LCSW therapists to become an integral part of our team. This role presents an adaptable work environment, combining remote opportunities with in-person sessions through Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mental health evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including assessments and case notes, in line with organizational guidelines.
• Manage a caseload of 25 client sessions weekly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and work collaboratively with a vibrant team to bridge gaps in community mental health care.
• Employ innovative and creative strategies to assist clients in reaching their objectives.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, healthcare professionals, school staff, and other team members to coordinate services effectively.
• Attend all clinical staff meetings and training sessions, ready to engage in additional meaningful tasks as required.

• Proficient in conducting mental health evaluations and constructing treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral science discipline from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a mental health professional in Maryland (DC licensure is advantageous).
• Proven experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and maintaining clinical case notes.
