We are actively searching for dedicated LCPC/LCSW therapists to become an integral part of our team. This role presents an adaptable work environment, combining remote opportunities with in-person sessions through Telehealth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mental health evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including assessments and case notes, in line with organizational guidelines.
- Manage a caseload of 25 client sessions weekly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and work collaboratively with a vibrant team to bridge gaps in community mental health care.
- Employ innovative and creative strategies to assist clients in reaching their objectives.
- Collaborate with case managers, families, healthcare professionals, school staff, and other team members to coordinate services effectively.
- Attend all clinical staff meetings and training sessions, ready to engage in additional meaningful tasks as required.
- Proficient in conducting mental health evaluations and constructing treatment plans.
- Exceptional documentation skills necessary for assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Innovative mindset towards therapeutic practices.
- Effective coordination skills with various stakeholders, including case managers and medical personnel.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral science discipline from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure as a mental health professional in Maryland (DC licensure is advantageous).
- Proven experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and maintaining clinical case notes.
