Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions customized to individual patient needs, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Therapy.
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, empowering patients to develop and adhere to their treatment plans.
- Complete and submit clinical documentation promptly, including Psychosocial Assessments and treatment plans, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, employing safety plans to ensure patient welfare.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute effective patient care plans.
- Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices.
- Offer case management services to facilitate patient recovery and community reintegration.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in both your primary state of residence and Arizona.
- Proficient in remote work within a virtual environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong dedication to patient care and recovery support.
- Hold an active mental health license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
