Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy through telemedicine.
- Create and implement personalized therapeutic treatment plans for healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD Psychologist.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with an understanding of varied communication styles.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT).
- Competence in utilizing clinical assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to track patient progress and outcomes.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals.
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals or first responders is preferred.
- A willingness to learn and collaborate within a supportive team environment.

- $60/hr for LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.
- \(70-\)75/hr for PsyD or PhD Psychologists.
