Employment Type: Full-Time
We are in search of a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist who is dedicated to delivering exemplary, evidence-based care to clients in need. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to design a schedule that harmonizes with your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to a diverse clientele through telehealth (video or phone sessions)
- Conduct intakes, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy as applicable
- Execute mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, adhering to federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Active licensure in Washington as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC
- Proficient in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Evidence-Based Practice
- Experience in telehealth or virtual care
- Strong capabilities in mental health assessment and counseling
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in mental health counseling
- Preferred: More than 1 year of experience in EMDR, Evidence-Based Practice, or telehealth

- Hybrid Compensation Plan:
- 40-hour workweek: Guaranteed base salary of \(56,000/year for completing 23 patient visits per week; additional visits compensated at \)60 per visit
- 32-hour workweek: Guaranteed base salary of \(44,600/year for completing 19 patient visits per week; additional visits compensated at \)60 per visit
- Standard Compensation Plan:
- 32-hour workweek: $58,000/year salary with 8 PTO/sick days
- 40-hour workweek: $72,500/year salary with 10 PTO/sick days
