Position Title: Remote Mental Health Clinician

Location: Serving Clients in Monroe County, IL

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Remote Mental Health Clinician to join our esteemed team of professionals in the mental health field. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic services including individual, family, group, and marital therapy.
• Deliver telehealth services to a diverse clientele including adults, adolescents, and children.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation such as assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Meet agency standards for billable services and documentation compliance.
• Engage in staff meetings, peer reviews, and program evaluations to foster collaboration.
• Provide emergency mental health services, community education, and case management as required.
• Mentor and supervise practicum students, contributing to their professional development.
• Assist in staff development initiatives and program enhancements.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Science.
• Valid Illinois State License in Professional Counseling (LPC) or Social Work (LSW or LCSW).
• Experience in providing mental health services to adults, children, and families in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in delivering telehealth therapy.
• Strong clinical competency along with a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Ability to work autonomously within a remote environment, ensuring reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace.
• Technological aptitude to resolve minor technical issues independently.
