Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic services including individual, family, group, and marital therapy.
- Deliver telehealth services to a diverse clientele including adults, adolescents, and children.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation such as assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Meet agency standards for billable services and documentation compliance.
- Engage in staff meetings, peer reviews, and program evaluations to foster collaboration.
- Provide emergency mental health services, community education, and case management as required.
- Mentor and supervise practicum students, contributing to their professional development.
- Assist in staff development initiatives and program enhancements.
- Competitive compensation ranging from \(22.23 to \)28.44 per hour, complemented by a \(1,000 sign-on bonus (\)500 after the first 30 days and an additional $500 after six months).
