Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 55-minute evidence-based therapy sessions via live video to adult clients.
- Manage and customize your own caseload, determining the number of client sessions that fit your lifestyle.
- Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and evaluate outcomes over time.
- Assign and assess personalized in-app homework to enhance client growth and learning.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and participate in regular quality reviews to uphold our high standards of care.
- A deep sense of empathy and a dedicated passion for supporting others.
- Proficiency in working with individuals facing relationship challenges, trauma, PTSD, postpartum depression, anxiety, and depression.
- Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IFS.
- Ability to focus on measurable and meaningful client transformations using SMART goals and skill-building strategies.
- A commitment to personal and professional growth, willing to engage with challenges.
- Must hold an active license (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) to deliver unsupervised mental health therapy in Tennessee or Kentucky.
- Recent outpatient therapy experience is required.
- A reliable internet connection capable of supporting clear video conferencing.
- A private, quiet space to conduct therapy sessions without interruptions.
- Consistency in scheduling to provide ongoing sessions for clients.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive compensation of $50 per session, with bonuses for each year of post-license experience.
- CEU stipend: \(100 for continuing education after six months, plus an additional \)125 every six months thereafter.
