Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review comprehensive treatment plans for clients
- Conduct psychosocial evaluations and maintain meticulous documentation in our electronic health record system
- Participate actively in regular meetings and weekly case consultation groups
- Collaborate with fellow team members to improve client care
- Active LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT license in Maryland
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- A positive and energetic attitude, along with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in computer systems (experience with AdvancedMD EHR is advantageous)
- Ability to maintain a commitment to providing at least 8 sessions weekly
- Access to high-speed internet
- Active LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT license in Maryland
- Commitment to providing a minimum of 8 sessions each week
- Proven experience in a therapeutic setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
