Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality mental health services to clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate tailored treatment plans
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and design engaging curricula
- Guide clients through their mental health journeys with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to offer compassionate care and establish meaningful connections with clients
- Strong communication capabilities to effectively engage with clients and teammates
- Experience in leading therapeutic groups and creating inclusive environments
- A commitment to culturally informed practices in mental health care
- Qualifications to be certifiable as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), or a licensure plan approved by the relevant licensing board, or possession of an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license within the first month of employment
- A minimum of one year of experience delivering direct treatment to children facing mental health challenges and their families
- A strong dedication to providing compassionate and supportive care in an inclusive environment
