Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review treatment plans, psychosocial evaluations, and daily progress notes.
- Participate in regular team meetings and weekly case consultation groups.
- Provide at least 8 therapy sessions per week.
- Valid LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT license in good standing in Maryland.
- A positive, energetic, and ambitious demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Competent computer skills; experience with AdvancedMD EHR is advantageous.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a passion for mental health.
- Availability to deliver a minimum of 8 therapy sessions weekly.
- Relevant experience and certifications in the field of mental health.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing your ability to serve diverse clients.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from \(58,000 to \)85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
