Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to inspire and assist clients in reaching their personal objectives.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers to offer integrated and comprehensive care.
- Explore and pilot new therapeutic protocols and methodologies.
- Engage in training sessions that focus on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
- Licensed therapist holding credentials as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC.
- Proven experience in working with pediatric trauma, demonstrating a commitment to aiding children and adolescents in their mental health journeys.
- EMDR training is advantageous.
- Proficiency in telehealth and the use of technology for client engagement.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to working in a team-oriented setting.
- Empathetic and warm, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania (additional state licenses are a plus).
- Availability for evening hours, with potential for Saturday shifts.
